Storage USA developed and owns both Florida properties: CubeSmart Self Storage at 901 20th St in Vero Beach and CubeSmart Self Storage of Gainesville at 3701 SW 42nd St.
CubeSmart is the management partner at both locations. CubeSmart operates the facilities and handles current pricing, unit availability, online reservations, rentals, and customer accounts.
