Re-established in 2022, Storage USA is a Miami-based family office focused on the acquisition, development, and ownership of institutional-quality self-storage properties. The firm combines flexible private capital with more than four decades of self-storage expertise to pursue opportunities across the United States.
As a family office, Storage USA invests its own private capital. That structure keeps decision making internal and allows the firm to commit to opportunities without the approval layers of a traditional institutional investor, while still underwriting to institutional standards.

Storage USA owns the properties. CubeSmart manages them.
Storage USA developed and owns both Florida properties: CubeSmart Self Storage at 901 20th St in Vero Beach and CubeSmart Self Storage of Gainesville at 3701 SW 42nd St.
CubeSmart is the management partner at both locations. CubeSmart operates the facilities and handles current pricing, unit availability, online reservations, rentals and customer accounts.
