STORAGE OPTIONS
Three storage formats on a single downtown property
Customers can choose between climate protection, direct vehicle access and covered vehicle parking at 901 20th St. Current pricing and availability are held by CubeSmart.
01
Climate-Controlled Storage
Indoor units held at a more stable temperature and humidity than outdoor storage. Suitable for furniture, electronics, documents, clothing and other humidity-sensitive belongings that would otherwise sit through a Vero Beach summer.
02
Non-Climate Drive-Up Storage
Pull a vehicle directly to the unit door for loading and unloading. A practical option for moving, tools, equipment, business inventory and sturdier items that do not need climate control.
03
Covered RV & Boat Storage
Covered parking that shields boats, RVs and trailers from direct sun and rain, with an individual 120V electrical outlet at each space — useful for maintaining batteries between trips.
LOCAL USE CASES

Renovations
Clear rooms during a remodel with drive-up loading for bulky items.
